本項に違反した場合、貴社は本書記載の商品の売買契約を直ちに解除できるものとし、私は貴社に生じた損害を賠償するものとします。

In the event of a breach of this paragraph, Kishun K,K,(*Kishun*) may immediately terminate this contract for the goods described herein and I shall indemnify Kishun for any damages incurred.

私は、本書は日本語で作成され、英語は参考として作成されており、両言語の間に齟齬がある場合には日本語の記載が優先して適用されることを確認します。
I confirm that this document is prepared in Japanese, with the English version probided for reference, and in the event of any discrepancies between the two languages the Japanese tect shall prevail.
